Attention New York City Lower East Side neighbors: today October 10th is the start of the new MTA Select bus service - the M15, running on 1st Ave. You buy a ticket with your Metrocard, cash, credit/debit card, and then just get on the bus. You don't show the driver. They have random checks for tickets. Kinda like LIRR.

1. You pay before boarding
2. You board via the front middle and back doors (there are three doors on this bus now)
3. You pay your fare at the stop at either the MetroCard Fare Collector, or the Coin Fare Collector machine before boarding
4. You must board at the stop where you paid your fare within one hour
