I have trained a lot of airline pilots in my day working for Western Michigan University, Boeing, and FlightSafety. I don't know if any of my organizations trained this airline captain, but I sure hope we did. What a fantastic example of humanity this pilot is. Stories like this make me proud of my time in that industry.
